Dolapo Ogundele is an experienced professional with a 14-year multi-faceted career spanning Engineering, Air logistics and Project Finance, within and outside Nigeria, all of which have seen him rise to senior levels in Oil & Gas (Downstream), Trading & Logistics and Air Transportation.

Dolapo served as Director of Operations for Reinking Energy Trading, an Oil & Gas trading company. As Director (Ops.), he implemented various processes that improved operational synergy among the organisation's units, as well as with suppliers, customers and stakeholders.

With his core understanding of the peculiar logistical challenges faced across Nigeria and the tailored technology-driven solutions required, he was able to lead the business to achieve a 68% growth in transaction value over two years, with returns pivoted into double digits.

He went ahead to further his expertise in Aviation and Air logistics by joining the Texas based Bristow Group Inc. where he served as Commercial Pilot, Europe Africa and Middle East Region, and retired as Captain. With a deep appreciation for health & safety, corporate accountability, best-in-class solutions, business continuity, process improvement and contingency planning in diverse and often challenging environments, Dolapo brings a unique and versatile set of skills to the Management Team of Structured Trade and Investment Company (STIC).

Dolapo holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has also completed various technical licensing, professional and management trainings within and outside Nigeria. He is also a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA)
